Cosplayer Spotlight: Fudgie

College student and costume designer by day, award-winning cosplayer by night. Fudgie is a multi-talented cosplayer who showcases her love for genres like anime and Disney through her art.
In 2012, Fudgie personally handcrafted and brought to life characters such as Tiana from “The Princess and the Frog,” Pharaoh Atem from the anime and manga series “Yu-Gi-Oh!,” Esmeralda from “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” and so many others.

For the past five years, she has continuously wowed judges with her attention to detail. She has obtained a total of nine awards that range from “Judges Choice” to “Best In Show.” In 2016, she won the cosplay contest at Omni Expo in Florida for her “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” skit with fellow cosplayer Verglas Prince. Their win led to the two representing the US in the Clara Cow’s Cosplay Cup at Animecon in the Netherlands.
