In The city of a Florida class, 5 student has been arrested for scaring people into a mass threat. Officers n Florida publicly announced the headshot of Daniel Issaq Marquez who threatened to mass murder his school. The local police officer said this is a preventive arrest.
“I did a campaign: fake threat, real consequence,” “While I understand the boy is 10 years old, his brain’s not fully developed, he’s a juvenile, I have to tell you: When a 10-year-old presses a trigger, the aftermath is the same regardless of the age.” -Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno. source: (W Radio).
The police department shared a video on Facebook with Daniel Issac Marquez in it. Daniel is a student at Patriot Elementary School in Cape Coral.
A tipster helped the police department
Daniel can be seen in shackles while wearing casual hoodies, matching shorts, and teal slippers. Daniel was caught because of a tipster who provided a text message threat to the police department.
The sheriff discussed the childlike suspect, telling Daniel had a confidant with who he shared his plans of a mass shooting on chat.
He also mentioned “wad of cash” and to”get ready”.
The boys also claimed to have scammed his friend but showed a stolen picture from google images.it seems the boy was bluffing about scam.
Daniel went ahead and sent pictures of 4 army-level rifles which he claimed he purchased and also warned his friend to “get ready for water day”.
Water day is a school activity in which students take part and the school administration takes care of the sponsorship.
The boy is facing charges as a non-adult and he made a documented threat of shooting down students in huge numbers.
Marceno gave his views on Daniel and his threat.
“We don’t wait 1 second,” “We investigate every threat as if it’s real.
“We have zero tolerance,”
“Our children are going to be safe no matter what.
“So, what we need to do is, I beg the parents to sit with your children … We need to do everything we can as a team to prevent these types of issues and not ignore the red flags.”
Going ahead in the interview Marceno mentioned his plant to a potential mass shooter.
“You don’t get to come into one of my schools in my county and present deadly force,”
“Because we meet deadly force with deadly force, without one second, without hesitation. If you think you’re going to come and kill a child, a teacher, or a faculty member, think again — we will kill you immediately.”
