Earl Boen, a famous actor in Hollywood, passed away on Friday at the age of 81. The actor passed away the day before while vacationing in Hawaii, a family member revealed. According to Variety, the actor received a stage four lung cancer diagnosis in the fall. The star made multiple appearances in The Terminator series films.

On Thursday, the actor passed away in Hawaii. Despite the fact that his official cause of death is still unknown, Boen was identified by a friend and he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.

The star died the day before while vacationing in Hawaii, the family member informed TMZ. The outlet was not informed of the death’s cause. Kimmy Abaricia and Kimo Harbin, as well as his wife Cathy, daughter Ruby, and grandchildren, survive him.

Boen played Dr. Silberman, a criminal psychologist hired to question Michael Biehn’s Kyle Reese in “The Terminator,” “Terminator 2: Judgement Day,” and “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines.” In “Terminator: Dark Fate” from 2019, he also made an appearance in archival footage.

As a voice actor, Boen became well-known for his performances as Mr. Bleakman in “Clifford the Big Red Dog,” Seor Senior Sr. in “Kim Possible,” the Narrator in “World of Warcraft,” and Captain LeChuck in the “Monkey Island” video game franchise.

Boen stopped doing screen acting in 2003, but he kept doing it for radio, animated TV shows, and video games.
