According to jail records, 52-year-old Parraz Jr. had a long criminal history that included reckless driving to avoid arrest, owning a gun, using drugs, and having a firearm.
They returned with a search warrant, according to court documents, and arrested Parraz Jr. after finding ammunition, a rifle, a shotgun, and methamphetamine inside the house. He was granted bail and released after four days.
