Cahill passed away on Thursday afternoon at a hospital in Chicago due to complications from open heart surgery, his manager David Graham told USA TODAY on Friday. Cahill underwent the procedure on December 15 and was put on life support as a result of complications. The YouTuber, who battled the hereditary condition Maroteaux-Lamy Syndrome, told his followers about the procedure earlier this month in posts on social media.
