Katie Lowes is married
Throughout the most of their adult lives, Lowes and Shapiro have been close friends. The two appeared on “Live With Kelly and Ryan” and reminisced about their first date.
Lowes admitted that they had both formed unflattering initial impressions of one other. The “Scandal” actress found Shapiro’s demeanor off-putting, while he found Lowes to be a strange theatrical girl. The star of “Inventing Anna” said her spouse enjoyed the limelight while she avoided it and characterized him as someone who “thrived” in the spotlight. The couple has been together for almost ten years despite their polar opposite characteristics.
A mutual acquaintance of Lowes and Shapiro’s made the introduction and spoke highly of both of them. Shapiro did not sugarcoat the fact that Lowes had canceled on their first date. They hit it off, started relation, and then Shapiro ditched the “How We Roll” actress after only a month. The actor claimed in his justification that
It’s safe to say that “she was a lot.”
In interviews, both performers said they knew from the start that they were destined to be together, and their fans clearly agree. In 2017, Lowes and her partner celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary and she posted a sweet photo of the two of them online.
