Many outlets have reported that Victor Webster has divorced his wife Shantel. The divorce petition submitted by Victor at the beginning of the year was successfully acquired.
On January 10, 2023, they were officially divorced from the paperwork. Since Shantel VanSanten’s husband secretly filed for divorce, the news has taken over two minutes to make headlines. The divorce papers were silent on why the couple wanted to split up. Victor, however, gave simply the cause of irreconcilable differences for the breakup. Neither Shantel VanSanten nor Victor Webster have commented on the situation to any media outlets.
Who is Shantel VanSanten?
American actress and model Shantel VanSanten has appeared in publications like Seventeen and Teen Vogue. In addition to her role as Quinn James on CW’s adolescent drama One Tree Hill, she is also well-known for her role as Julie Swagger on USA Network’s Shooter. You and I, Something Wicked, and The Last Destination are just a few of the films she’s been in. At 15, VanSanten began her career as a model after attending an all-girls college preparation school and later graduating from Texas Christian University. With time, she also tried her hand at acting. She has achieved great success as a model and an actress since then. The marriage of Shantel VanSanten has broken up. Victor Webster, the spouse of the One Tree Hill alum, filed for divorce in January, as confirmed by ET. ET has learned that on January 7, Webster and VanSanten filed for divorce less than two years after their wedding. According to reports, Webster did not explain the breakup in the official documents.
ET has contacted VanSanten (age 37) and Webster (age 50) for their thoughts. The couple previously told Brides that they met on the set of Hallmark’s Love Blossoms in 2016, but their connection didn’t become passionate until the following year.
Webster proposed to his longtime girlfriend in February of 2021. The pair then had three wedding ceremonies to commemorate their love: a civil ceremony on the anniversary date of her grandparents (August 9), a ceremony in St. Helena, California in October, and a ceremony in her birthplace of Luverne, Minnesota in December. Neither VanSanten nor Webster have publicly spoken out about their split.

After signing with Page Parkes Management when she was just 15 years old, Shantel VanSanten quickly became a successful model. Afterwards, she was included on NBC’s reality competition series “Sports Illustrated: Swimsuit Model Search.” She appeared in a supporting part in “The Open Door,” an Australian horror film released in 2008. She starred as Lori Milligan in ‘The Last Destination’ and as Quinn James in the drama series ‘One Tree Hill’ the following year. The 3D supernatural horror film, also known as “Final Destination 4”, is the highest-grossing installment in the “Final Destination” franchise.
In 2011, VanSanten appeared in the drama film “You and I,” about a teen girl who relocates from a small Russian town to Moscow and has a series of misadventures after meeting her internet girlfriend. After that, she starred in “A Golden Christmas 3,” a holiday special for NBC. In 2014, the actress landed the part of Jessica Chapel on the cast of the action drama series ‘Gang Related,’ following a recurring appearance on the series ‘Beauty & the Beast. The same year, she co-starred with Brittany Murphy, John Robinson, and Julian Morris as Christine in the independent psychological horror film “Something Wicked.”
VanSanten played Patty Spivot on ‘The Flash’ for two seasons, first in 2015 and then in 2016. At this time, she also starred in the critically acclaimed but ultimately doomed The CW series The Messengers. She portrayed Julie Swagger on the Stephen Hunter–inspired drama series Shooter from 2016–2018. As of early 2019, the actress voiced the role of Wraith in the hit video game series ‘Apex Legends.
