After more than 40 days of the commissions shutdown and under pressure from senators and the Planalto Palace the president of the CCJ (Committee on Constitution and Justice) of the Senate Davi Alcolumbre DEMAP called a session for this Wednesday 10.
On the agenda are the discussion and voting of the amendments to be presented by the CCJ to the Mixed Budget Commission referring to the PLOA (Project for Annual Budget Law 2022) The rapporteur is Senator Eduardo Braga.
The convening of the session comes amid pressure made by senators for Alcolumbre to guide the hearing of André Mendonca nominee of President Jair Bolsonaro no party for a vacancy in the STF Supreme Federal Court.
