Brian Walshe, 47, who has pleaded not guilty to the misleading allegation and is being jailed on a $500,000 bond, will be arraigned on the more serious accusation on Wednesday, according to Norfolk district attorney Michael Morrissey in a video statement.
He made no mention of the supporting documentation for the murder accusation. Morrissey stated, “At the arraignment, additional specifics of the investigation and the evidence that supported those charges are likely to be revealed, but will not be publicised at this time.
The person who answered the phone at Walshe’s legal counsel Tracy Miner’s office stated that Miner would not comment. Miner received a comment-request email. Her client, according to her, has cooperated with the investigation, she has previously stated.

In the early morning hours of January 1, Walshe’s wife, Ana Walshe, 39, was last apparently seen leaving their house in the affluent coastal hamlet of Cohasset south of Boston, allegedly to take a ride-hailing vehicle to Logan international airport for a flight to Washington DC, prosecutors told.
However, authorities have uncovered no proof that she recently left Logan in a car or on an aircraft.
Ana Walshe’s employer in DC, where the couple owns a home and where she sometimes commutes throughout the week for work at a real estate company, reported her missing a few days later, according to investigators.

Police reported that neither her credit nor debit cards had been used, nor had her telephone. Authorities investigated the house of the family as well as a nearby forested area. Three little children belong to the couple.
