That made me want to be a Campus Pal and Inga encouraged me to try out for the organization and I’ve always had a feeling she had some say in me getting in… we became family over those next three years at Howard, putting on variety shows, being of service to incoming freshmen, and serving the campus. Some of the most fun I’ve ever had was being a Campus Pal and quickly learned Inga was not only a ray of light, her smile could move mountains, and she was about her business! Period, point blank, no bullshit. She handled her business! (She also did an AMAZING Janet Jackson impersonation😎) Years later we would both find ourselves in LA in the entertainment industry and she became an in-demand entertainment attorney. Always still about her business and still a ray of light. That smile charmed anyone it encountered. She always checked on me and was a cheerleader for everyone from Howard. We went to our kids birthday parties and she was the model for the BOMB MOM. She loved her babies and did it ALL for them… that makes this loss unfair.
In Fall 2022 Howard’s Bison Honors informed me they were going to recognize my work and if I had any Alumni that I’d like to have introduce me for the ceremony… I called Inga and she said, “I got you!”. The whole time she talked on-stage about me I felt like I should be giving HER an award. I’ll miss you big sis. I hope you Neil, Fozzy, and Todd get a chance to laugh together in heaven. #HUfamily #CampusPals4Life
