Sadly, Paul Cattermole has passed away. On April 6th, 2023, he left this world. The trio had recently announced a massive reunion tour weeks before his untimely death.

Reports state that on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at the age of 46, Paul Cattermole was discovered comatose in his Dorset residence. The police have claimed there is nothing strange about his death, although the cause of death is yet unknown.

Aaul Cattermole, born Paul Gerald Cattermole on March 7, 1977, is an English musician and actor.

He took an early interest in music and acting, and with perseverance and hard work, he eventually became one of the most popular English performers. He joined the National Youth Music Theatre when he was young and performed in “Pendragon.” He was born in St. Albans, Hertfordshire. Paul Cattermole gained widespread recognition during his tenure (1999-2002) as a member of the British boy band S Club 7.

He auditioned for the boy band S Club 7 in 1999 and was accepted with Tina Barrett, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh, Jo O’Meara, Hannah Spearritt, and Rachel Stevens. After leaving the band in 2002, he rejoined in 2015 for a reunion tour and was scheduled to return again in 2023.

In his stint with S Club 7, the group had four No. 1 singles and an album that peaked at No. 1. Television series starring the trio included Miami 7, LA 7, Hollywood 7, and Viva S Club.

S Club 7 had four UK No. 1 singles, one UK No. 1 album, and a string of hits across Europe, including a top 10 single in the US, Asia, Latin America, and Africa in their five years together. S Club 7 released eleven singles and four studio albums, with the last selling over fourteen million copies worldwide.

Paul Cattermole Cause of death

Paul Cattermole, the lead vocalist of the British musical group S Club 7, passed away at the age of 46 just weeks after announcing a massive reunion tour.

Cattermole’s bandmates expressed their grief over the loss of their bandmate and brother in a tweet posted on Friday. There are no words to express the depth of our grief. We count ourselves incredibly fortunate to have known him, and we cherish the wonderful memories we have of him. All of us are going to miss him terribly. His family and the band members have asked for privacy at this time. It is with tremendous regret that we announce the unexpected demise of our beloved son and brother Paul Cattermole,” his family and the band wrote in a statement acquired by the UK’s PA Media news agency on Friday.

Death certificates were issued for Paul when his body was discovered at his Dorset residence on April 6, 2023. Dorset Police “confirmed that there were no suspicious circumstances,” the statement continued, despite the fact that the cause of death is undetermined. S Club 7, a pop group formed in the late ’90s, achieved massive success in the United Kingdom with four Number 1 singles and a number one album. Songs like “Have You Ever,” “Never Had A Dream Come True,” “Don’t Stop Movin’,” and “Bring It All Back” were huge hits. Rachel Stevens, Jo O’Meara, Tina Barrett, Jon Lee, and Bradley McIntosh were all part of it.

The gang also starred in their own BBC television series, “Miami 7.” Cattermole announced his departure from S Club 7 in 2002 so he could reunite with his previous band, Skua. The way things were being handled had gotten so horrible that he had to leave, he told the Guardian in 2019.
