Salma Bashir was a resident of Pennsylvania. Her age was 20 years, this was revealed through a post on her Instagram in which she said that “OFFICIALLY 20! I honestly can’t comprehend that I’ve been alive for 20 years. Years filled with sadness, pain, and hurt. But also years filled with so much love, success, happiness, and so much more. I dont know what I’ve done to deserve you all in my life honestly, but I truly couldn’t thank each and every single on of you for sticking with me through it all! If I didn’t have all of you, all of the love and support I truly don’t believe I would’ve been strong enough to be here right now. I have absolutely no idea what the future holds, but all I care about is that I do it with all of you every step of the way I am sadly in the hospital for my birthday this year so no special plans, but I will be live when I can to just hangout a bit. I love you all so much! Here’s to another (Hopefully ) good year! I love you all so much! “
When she was 5 years old she went on a family holiday to Egypt. At that time she unknowingly sat on the suction valve of the pool due to which her small intestine got ruptured. Due to which her family became very sad and she was taken to the hospital. After a few months, she was taken to America for treatment. Her family raised money from somewhere and got a small intestine transplant done but the transplant was not successful. Her family got her treated at many places but recently she died at the age of 20 on 10 January 2024. Her entire family broke down due to her death. Heartfelt condolences are being expressed to her family on social media. Her parents have started a fundraising campaign on GoFundMe to cover the costs of his treatment.
