Kelly Bills, a former football coach at Utah Tech, CWU Weber State, and BYU, recently discussed the death of his wife, Emily, in 2022. Kelly Bills used to be the offensive coordinator for the Utah Tech football team. At the collegiate level, he was a coach at both Weber State University and Brigham Young University (BYU).
Bills played quarterback at Southern Utah before moving to BYU, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History in 2011. Then, from 2008 to 2012, he served as the offensive quality control coach and graduate assistant coach at BYU.
