With only 13 episodes, Season 7 of Workin’ Moms felt like it was dragging its feet to the finish line. In what ways might the series improve? It aimed to address the many obstacles that contemporary working mothers face. It’s clear that Season 7 is a farewell tour for the show.

Season 7 of Workin’ Moms: Anne Makes It Through the Crash
At the beginning of the seventh season, the show resolved its biggest cliffhanger to yet. Fans were left wondering what would happen to Anne (Dani Kind) after season 6 when she was injured by a car. Anne’s survival from the collision and her strange behaviour sets the tone for this season. The first episode did a fantastic job of finding the humour in a very serious subject. The show quickly shifted to depict the daily struggles of the other mothers, including Jenny’s (Jessalyn Wanlim) search for work and Kate’s (Catherine Reitman) management of a successful but questionable customer.
