Thor: Love and Thunder will take up after the events of Avengers: Endgame, with Thor becoming overweight and forming a partnership with the Guardians of the Galaxy. According to photographs and videos of Chris Hemsworth’s different exercises before filming, he’ll be back to his muscular best in Thor’s fourth solo film.
When we looked into the comics to see what Thor: Love and Thunder’s narrative would be about, we discovered it was based on the Mighty Thor comics, which Jason Aaron wrote. Thor loses his ability to hoist Mjolnir throughout the series’ run, and Jane Foster takes up his mantle while battling cancer in her human form.
Thor: Love and Thunder release date
On July 8, 2022, Thor: Love and Thunder will be released in cinemas. It was scheduled to be released on November 5, 2021, but was postponed owing to the current epidemic. It was again planned for release in May 2022, but after Marvel Studios announced in October 2021 that it would be delaying all of its planned films, the date was pushed back again.
Chris Hemsworth reprises his role as Thor. Odinson will join some of his New Asgardian pals, with Tessa Thompson reprising her role as Valkyrie and director Taika Waititi donning his performance capture outfit once more to play want tobe revolutionary Korg.
Thor: Love and Thunder will also feature the Guardians of the Galaxy, which isn’t entirely surprising. Thor was in the company of Marvel’s most adored band of jerks towards the end of Avengers: Endgame. So, in the fourth Thor movie, Chris Pratt (Star-Lord), Dave Bautista (Drax the Destroyer), Karen Gillan (Nebula), Pom Klementieff (Mantis), Vin Diesel (Groot), and Sean Gunn (Kraglin) are all back in action. Unfortunately, there’s no news on whether Bradley Cooper’s Rocket will make an appearance, though we expect him to.
One of Thor’s regulars, Loki, will not be returning to create havoc. The trickster god died in Avengers: Infinity War, but he’s technically back in the MCU thanks to Endgame and Loki’s TV program. The Marvel Cinematic Multiverse, to be precise. However, don’t expect him to appear since actor Tom Hiddleston has stated that he will not appear in a June 2021 interview.

According to Brandon Matthews, the first teaser for Thor: Love and Thunder were finished in mid-January. However, based on leaks from other MCU scoopers, such as The Angler’s Jeff Sneider, it appears that the Thor 4 teaser will be delayed. Fans, understandably, are irritated by the apparent delay.
Following its Disney Plus release, Marvel has done advertising Moon Knight. While the studio will now focus on Doctor Strange 2 and Ms. Marvel, which will be released on May 6 and June 8, respectively, many believe that a Thor 4 teaser should have been published by now. I’m crossing my fingers that the wait won’t be too long.
