Kareem flake is arrested on the charges of killing his wife. He allegedly loaded her body in his car in queens after murdering her on Wednesday. He was later extradited to Florida for trial and evidence gathering.
Kareem flake is charged with murder. he is 30 years old and his former deceased partner Destini Smothers was 26 years old. police found a random rotten dead body in march 2021 and after identification, it was clear she was Destini Smothers. police investigated her death and they found that Kareem flake might be involved in it. Department of sanitation workers informed police about a dead body and police arrived at the scene and Kareem was investigated.
Kareem and smothers had two children together. She was reported missing after she left Bowlero bowling alley in woodside after celebrating a birthday bash.
Kareem flake and Destini fought before she went missing:
The couple was seen arguing in public at the very same night. Kareem flake might have killed her in a fit of rage. the report says she went missing after the couple fought.
The local medical investigator found the reason of death was massive force trauma to the head. her skull was fractured and her brain was severely injured.
NYPD is arranging a warrant to arrest Flake who was married to Smothers.
Attorney Melinda Kats made a statement about this.
“The car went missing, she went missing. It points to him,” she previously told PIX11.
“On the run for more than year, this defendant is now in custody and charged with the brutal murder of his girlfriend, who was also the mother of his two young children,” Katz said. “This is the worst possible outcome for any individual experiencing intimate partner violence, and we express our condolences to the victim’s family. The defendant will be held to account for his alleged criminal actions.”
