WWE Superstar Scarlett dated a few guys in the beginning of her career in wrestling, including independent wrestler Darin Corbin. After a few failed relationships, The Smokeshow eventually found love when they met Karrion Kross.
For a number of years, Kross and Scarlett have been dating. In certain interviews, the pair has discussed their romance in great depth, despite their preference to keep it private.
Karrion Kross and Scarlett first sought to avoid one another
Scarlett and Karrion Kross competed on the independent circuit before joining WWE, where they originally met. Even though they clicked right away, the couple first made an effort to avoid one another.
In an interview with Denise Salcedo for Instinct Culture, Kross admitted that he and Scarlett were both terrified by their mutual attraction to one another.
Scarlett was the one who initiated contact.
The Smokeshow seemed to feel that one had to take the initiative after Karrion Kross and Scarlett tried to suppress their emotions for a while. Thus, she did.
The former WWE NXT Champion revealed during an interview with Denise Salcedo for Instinct Culture that while they were out together one, Scarlett took matters into her own hands and intervened.
The couple wished for a small wedding.
Scarlett and Karrion Kross planned to invite just their closest friends and family members to their wedding. Additionally, Scarlett wished for a location with mountains for the wedding.
The Smokeshow discussed her wedding planning with Oral Sessions in an interview from January of last year.
In a quiet ceremony on an Alaskan glacier over five months ago, Kross and Scarlett exchanged vows. On his YouTube page, the former WWE NXT Champion posted a highlight reel of the wedding. In the meantime, his wife shared a condensed version of the same video on Instagram.
Karrion Kross and Scarlett enjoy viewing scary movies together.
Scarlett holds a musical theatre degree from Columbia College Chicago. The 31-year-old enjoys seeing musical films as a result. Moulin Rouge is her all-time favourite film.
Even though Karrion Kross enjoys musicals, their favourite movies to watch together are B-horror movies.
Currently on the WWE SmackDown roster are Kross and Scarlett. The two went to WWE Clash at the Castle despite not having a bout, and they sat in the audience to watch Drew McIntyre and Roman Reigns’ main event. The Scottish Warrior and Kross exchanged words while the fight was still going on.
A Real Life Relationship with Scarlett is disclaimed by Karrion Kross
Outside of professional wrestling, Scarlett and Karrion Kross are a real-life relationship. She supported him throughout his healing process and return to the top of NXT. Karrion Kross discussed how important Scarlett was to his recovery process in an interview with Sports Illustrated. While he struggled every day to recover from his injury, she was there for him in a variety of ways.
“While WWE medical was treating me the night I was harmed, she was already looking into a recovery programme I could begin right away. She drove me to the Performance Center to pick up a specialised device that helped me ice the injury, and she later that night assisted me in the early phases of therapy.
She questioned me about going to the hospital, and I replied, “No, I need to go to Wendy’s and get a Baconator. The love of my life is her. Many people are unaware that we are a couple in real life, but we are. She provided me with both physical and psychological support during the entire process.
According to Karrion Kross, the same bewildered his family as well.
“As the weeks passed, members of my family and close friends started calling me and complaining that I was always working them without telling them. Please identify yourself to us once. “I swear by God.” I’m not working for you. I have nothing to do with this. “You’re lying!” You are that. Some folks were certain that this was a large, complex scheme of mine.
Kross had recently been slated to compete in a fatal four-way match to decide who would face off for the Intercontinental Championship. However, he was replaced by Rey Mysterio after being attacked by Drew McIntyre, which forced him to leave the match.
