A 15-year-old boy, Phillip Harris, went missing 23 years ago, in 1999. Now the property is being searched in connection with the boy’s disappearance.
On 28th July 1999, Phillip Harris left his home in St. Eleanor’s close, West Bromwich. He left saying that he was visiting a friend and would be visiting there. He had been missing since then.
Police investigation
Police are investigating the case and are searching a Smethwick home. They said that St. Paul’s Road property was linked with Phillips at his disappearance.
Media appeals were also made in Birmingham and Manchester. As he has family tied there. Det Insp Jim Church said: “Sadly there has been no proof of life for Phillip in all these years and we need to explore all the information we have to see if we can find out what happened to him. Even though it is almost 23 years ago, we are sure that someone holds the key to Phillip’s disappearance and we would urge anyone with information to contact us.”

Phillip’s family loved him a lot, and he did too. After his disappearance, his family was devastated. They wanted to find Phillip soon. His family also said that “we think about Phillip almost every day. They miss him a lot more than words can describe.
Police are also asking people if they have any information or leads regarding Phillips’s disappearance, so please reach out to the police. That will make it easier for them to find Phillip Harris. Even after so many years of his disappearance, his family is still looking for Phillip so that they can get closure to the situation. They are desperate to find him even after 23 years of his disappearance.
